Steam for Mac is out

The launch of Steam for Mac took place today, and the version for Linux does not seem too far in time, so it would be nice to know what kind of return offered by these platforms OpenGL game on a comparison with respect to Windows.
This benchmarck done on Windows 7, Mac OS X 10.6.3 and Ubuntu 4.10 have determined that the Redmond system maintains its traditional superiority in this field, with frame rates that have been well above the results of the latest version of Ubuntu and far ahead of what could be obtained on the Mac.

if it’s out then post link, because its not on their official website
Its out? Where’s the link?
You guys are kidding me. It has not come out yet. Why is every website touting that “Steam for Mac took place today”? Took is a past tense word. It hasn’t happened yet, assholes!
Um… it’s not out yet… maybe in a couple of hours…
Okay, speaking as a video game journalist, it’s generally considered poor form to post your article before the actual event takes place. Steam hasn’t dropped yet. Now, I understand WRITING the article ahead of time, hell, I’ve written mine (and if all goes well, it will appear on http://www.gameshoe.net, the coolest place on the web for gamers, that is also fresh and rad). But dammit, I’m WAITING to post the damn thing until it’s an actual fact. Seriously dude, what the hell.
