Jodie Fisher Sorry For Mark Hurd’s Ouster
Jodie Fisher who accused HP’s former CEO Mark Hurd and forced him to resign from his position is now feeling sorry for him that he lost his job. 50 years old, Jodie Fisher is an actress and a businesswoman, she knew Hurd from her work. She used to be the contractor for HP from 2007 to 2009. HP paid her $5,000 per event. Her job was to greet people and make introductions of executives at the meeting and events.
Fisher just said, she was sexually harassed by Hurd but she or her attorney would not disclose any further details of harassment claim. But Fisher said, they two never had a sexual relationship. Company discovered a falsifying expense reports filed by Hurd which were never made for business purpose. So the officials of the company are guessing, Hurd used this money for his relationship with Fisher and showed false report of expense to hide his relationship.
Fisher has announced that both have settled the matter now, but after Hurd’s resignation, Fisher said,
“I was surprised and saddened that Mark Hurd lost his job over this,” Fisher said in a statement. “That was never my intention.” Allred, said Fisher is a single mother who is “focused on raising her young son.”
