India’s foreign office spokesman Vishnu Prakash called it a  “goodwill gesture in the spirit of solidarity” with the people of Pakistan.  The two nations have fought three wars. Monsoon rains which cause floods have killed more than 1500 people and 20 million people were affected by losing house and property.

According to United Nations eight million people are still in need of assistance and it has appealed for $460 million in international aid. Representative for WHO urged nations to provide the aid as soon as possible.

But this is not helping the nation at all, and people are still looking forward for their food, cloths and shelter.
