Earthquake of 7.2 degrees on Baja California: two dead and 100 wounded

A series of earthquakes and their aftershocks shook the Pacific Coast and Mexico. The earthquake had a magnitude of 7.2 on the Richter scale and was felt in Baja California, Arizona and southern California.
The violent earthquake with magnitude 7.2 occurred Sunday in the Mexican state of Baja California and was felt in neighboring U.S. states, killing two people and wounding at least other one hundred easy to Mexico, authorities announced, transmits AFP .
At least one person died in Mexico, following the earthquake on Monday morning, as the Associated Press announced. Cited source says that this was one of the most powerful earthquake that struck Southern California and Mexico in recent decades.
Body was discovered in the area of Tijuana, the man being crushed under the rubble of collapsed buildings.
Tens of millions of people felt the earthquake for almost half a minute. The quake was charged in Los Angelşes up in Phoenix and Las Vegas just as the AP informs.
“I felt for about 30 seconds,” said San Diego Sheriff. “I fell nothing on the walls here, but we are aware that the paintings fell from walls in other parts,” said Lt. Scott Ybarrondo.
Following intensity earthquake occurred at 9 minutes after the first in Santa Rosa, California. It had a magnitude of 4.1 degrees and no damages were reported. A USGS official said the two are separated earthquakes.
