Apple iPad: Demand Exceeds Supply

ip 300x189 Apple iPad: Demand Exceeds SupplyThe apple iPad is leaving behind other hot competitors according to master mind Steve Jobs. Considering that one million iPads have been sold within 28 days after it was released on the market and iPad owners have downloaded more than 12 million applications from the online App Store, e-books are also becoming popular among customers where people can buy them from the new apple iBookstore.

More than 300,000 iPad 3Gs have been sold over the weekend according to analyst Piper Jaffray. The iPad 3G, which enables cellular connectivity through AT&T including built in WIFI support, is very popular among buyers.

The only problem apple is facing right now is that demand exceeds supply, but they are working hard to bring this hot product to even more costumers. Those who order the iPad online from the Apple Store will have to wait for five to seven days according the store’s Web Site.

Those who just can’t wait could purchase one from merchants on eBay and such sites, well their prices are at the moment above those on the official Apple’s list of pricing.

Price range of the Apple iPad is $499 to $829.
